Pallet Supply USA

What we do

One loop. Nine services. No handoffs.

We buy pallets, grade them, repair them, treat them, sell them, haul them and recover what is left as fibre. Every one of those steps makes the next one cheaper — which is the whole reason we do all of them instead of picking the profitable ones.

Tell us which end you're on

Buying, selling, or both. Both is usually cheaper than either, because the same truck does both legs.

We reply here — no phone line exists at this company.

U.S. or Canada only — format (404) 555-7842.

Two-letter code or full name.

U.S. ZIP 30318 or Canadian M5V 2T6. Checked against the state you enter.

Whole units. An estimate is fine.

Unsure? Leave it — our grader will recommend one.

Fields marked * are required. We never sell or share what you send us.

The cycle

How the loop actually closes

This is not a diagram for a brochure. It is the operating sequence, and every step feeds the one after it.
  1. Step 1

    Collect

Scheduled routes and trailer drops pull empties off docks, yards and job sites. Where the load has value, you get paid on collection.
  2. Step 2

    Grade

Hand sort at intake against published criteria. Reusable, repairable, or dismantle — decided by a person, not a machine.
  3. Step 3

    Repair or remanufacture

Boards replaced, companion stringers fitted, notches plugged. About 90 seconds of skilled work returns a $13 asset to service.
  4. Step 4

    Treat

Heat treatment to 56°C core for 30 minutes in our own chambers, probe-verified and IPPC stamped for export.
  5. Step 5

    Re-grade and supply

A second grader checks the repair, then stock ships on the same routes that collected it. Backhauls, not dead-heads.
  6. Step 6

    Recover the rest

What cannot be a pallet again is de-metalled, ground and screened into mulch, bedding or panel feedstock. Under 8% is genuine waste.
Rear of a trailer loaded floor to ceiling with stacked used pallets, lift gate down, at a yard on a wet day.
Freight is 30–50% of what a recycled pallet costs you. A trailer prices the same whether it leaves three-quarters full or full.
Warehouse worker in a hi-vis vest moving a wrapped pallet load with a manual pallet jack towards an open trailer at a dock door.
A manual jack can only enter a notched stringer pallet from two sides. This is the moment that decides whether you needed block construction.

Why it matters

Vertical integration is the price mechanism

A pallet company that only sells has to buy its stock from someone who only collects, and pay a haulier who only drives. Every handoff adds a margin and a dead-head mile.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Can one company really buy, sell, recycle and haul pallets?

It is the only way the model works. The truck that delivers to you collects from a neighbour; the pallets it collects become the pallets it delivers next week. Splitting those functions across three companies is what makes pallets expensive.

Do you charge for pallet collection?

Usually not — most loads have enough recoverable value to pay for their own removal and often pay you as well. Loads of broken odd sizes on remote sites carry a modest haul charge, quoted before the truck is booked.

How quickly can you start?

Supply within 24–72 hours in our regular territory. Collection within 2–5 working days. A full managed programme takes about six weeks from first conversation, most of which is the baseline count.

Do you work with companies outside your regular routes?

Yes, on spot freight anywhere in the lower 48. We will tell you honestly when the freight makes a job uneconomic rather than quoting a number that wastes both our time.

Can we use one service without committing to the others?

Yes. Most customers start with a single line — usually buying or collection — and add others only when the numbers justify it. The cycle does work better when supply and collection run together, but it is not a condition of doing business.
