Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the quote form we receive the fields you complete: first and last name, email address, phone number, postal code, and optionally city, state, company, message, quantity, product type, service and grade. A hidden field records which page the form was submitted from, so we know what you were reading when you asked.
Information collected automatically. We use PostHog for product analytics, routed through a first-party proxy on our own domain. It records page views, clicks, scroll depth, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, device type and browser. Anonymous visitors are not given persistent profiles.
What we do not collect. We do not process payment card details on this website. We do not use advertising trackers, remarketing pixels or third-party social widgets. There is no login, so there are no passwords.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote — this is the main reason.
- To route the enquiry to the right desk and keep a record of what was agreed.
- To validate submissions and filter automated spam, using a hidden field and a timing check.
- To understand which pages are useful, so we write more of what helps.
- To meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations.
Who it is shared with
Form submissions are stored in a lead management system operated by a third-party processor on our behalf. Analytics are processed by PostHog. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not pass it to other companies for their own marketing.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are retained for 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted. Where a request becomes an order, the associated commercial records are retained for seven years to meet tax and phytosanitary record-keeping requirements. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.
Your choices
- Access — ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix anything inaccurate.
- Deletion — ask us to erase your enquiry, subject to any legal retention obligation.
- Opt out of analytics — enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser, or block the analytics domain. The site works normally either way.
- Opt out of contact — tell us and we will stop.
California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. Form submissions are transmitted to our own server-side endpoint and forwarded onward with credentials that are never exposed to your browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not ask for information we do not need, which is the most reliable protection available.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the effective date above and, where the change affects existing enquiries, tell the people concerned directly.

Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics runs through a first-party proxy on our own domain, which means the requests are not third-party requests to your browser. There is no login, so there is no session cookie and no password to store.
If you enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser, or block the analytics domain, everything on this site continues to work normally. Nothing is gated behind consent because nothing here requires it.
International transfers
We are a United States company and the data is processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, submitting the form transfers your information there. Where a processor operates internationally, transfers are made under that processor’s standard contractual arrangements.
How to exercise your rights
Email hello@palletsupplyusa.com with what you want — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will acknowledge within two working days and respond substantively within thirty days.
We will ask you to confirm the email address the enquiry was sent from. That is the only verification step, and it exists so we do not hand somebody else’s enquiry to whoever asks for it.
There is no charge, and exercising any of these rights has no effect on how we deal with you commercially.
Automated decision-making
There is none. Submissions are validated automatically — phone format, postal code existence, spam filtering — and that validation can reject a submission, which is why the error messages tell you exactly what to correct. Beyond that, every enquiry is read and triaged by a person. Nothing is scored, ranked or prioritised by a model.
