Everything in writing, answered in a day

We have no phone line, and that is deliberate. Written requests do not get lost between the yard and the office, they leave both sides with a record, and they reach a coordinator instead of a queue. Use the form or email the right desk directly.

What to include

How to get a useful answer first time

A quote turnaround is limited by how many follow-up questions we have to ask. These five details usually remove all of them.
  1. 01

    Quantity and frequency

One load, or eight hundred a week? The break points in freight pricing sit around 250 and 450 units.

  2. 02

Size and grade, or the load

If you don't know the grade, describe what goes on the pallet and how it's handled — we'll specify it.

  3. 03

    Your ZIP code

Freight is 30–50% of the landed cost, so the lane matters more than any published price range.

  4. 04

    Dock details

Dock or ground level, own forklift or not, receiving hours, whether a trailer can be parked.

  5. 05

    Whether you also generate empties

The most under-used saving there is. The same truck can do both legs.

Questions

About contacting us

Why doesn’t Pallet Supply USA have a phone number?

Because we do not have one. Every request is handled in writing, which means nothing gets lost between the yard and the office and both sides have a record of what was agreed. A coordinator reads every enquiry and replies within one working day — usually much faster if it arrives before 2pm Eastern.

How quickly will I get a reply?

Within one working day. Requests sent before 2pm Eastern are typically answered the same afternoon. If a load is genuinely time-critical, say so in the message and it moves up the queue.

Can I visit the yard?

Yes, by appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted at the dock for safety reasons — the yard runs forklifts and trailer movements continuously during opening hours. Email to arrange a time and we will meet you at the office.

Which email address should I use?

sales@ for quotes, purchases and anything commercial. recycling@ for collections and diversion reporting. dispatch@ for live delivery and scheduling questions. hello@ if you are not sure — it is monitored and routed to the right desk.

Do you accept trailer drops and live loads without notice?

No. Both are scheduled in advance by email so a dock and a crew are available. An unscheduled truck will usually wait, and on a busy day it may not be unloaded at all.

After you send

What actually happens to your message

No auto-qualification, no scoring, no drip sequence. A coordinator opens it and decides what it needs.
  1. Step 1

    It lands on a desk

Submissions route to the coordination desk regardless of which address you would have written to. Nothing is filtered by a bot, and nothing is scored.
  2. Step 2

A coordinator reads all of it

Including the message field. That is where the useful detail usually is — dock hours, trailer access, what the load actually is.
  3. Step 3

We check live inventory and your lane

Grade availability at your ZIP, the current route position, and whether a backhaul pairing exists near you. This is the part that takes the time.
  4. Step 4

    You get a written quote

Grade, unit price, freight itemised separately, lead time and a validity window. If we think a cheaper specification does the job, that is in there too.
  5. Step 5

Or you get a straight no

If the freight makes it uneconomic, or we do not have what you need, we say so rather than quoting a number that wastes both our time.

Why written only

The reasoning, in full

People assume the absence of a phone line is a cost decision. It is not — a phone line is cheap. It is a records decision.

A pallet order has a grade, a quantity, a footprint, a treatment status, a lane and a delivery window. Six things, all of which can be misheard. When they are agreed in writing, the yard and the office are working from the same document, and so are you if something goes wrong three weeks later.

It also means a request cannot be lost between a call and a note, and that nobody is ever on hold waiting for the one person who knows the answer.

The trade-off is real: written channels are slower for genuinely urgent things. That is why anything marked urgent gets a first response inside two hours during opening hours.

Not sure who to talk to?

Use the form at the top of this page. It reaches the coordination desk and gets routed from there — it is the same queue whichever address you would have written to.
